Who publishes The Signal

The Signal is research published by Nova One Capital. Its authors also manage the Nova X Convergence Fund. The research and decision system behind that work, Axiom, described on the Method page, is proprietary software used only inside Nova One Capital.

The Nova X Convergence Fund may hold positions in securities discussed in The Signal. A piece that discusses a security the fund holds says so. Positions are described as of each publication date and may have changed since.

Our trading blackout

The fund does not open, add to or discretionarily sell a position in a security from 48 hours before to 48 hours after we publish a piece that makes a case on that security. Stop orders already in place and exits required by the fund's risk limits are exempt; any such trade inside the window is disclosed in the next piece.

Each piece expresses opinions as of its publication date. The research contains forward-looking statements that involve risk and uncertainty, and actual outcomes may differ materially. Opinions may change without notice, and earlier pieces are not updated.

Market data and third-party information come from sources believed to be reliable and are cited where used, but their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Charts are drawn from the cited data; calculations labeled as ours are derived from it.
